Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our Guest Experience team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to begin your return or exchange process.
- 2.Prepare for Pickup
Carefully disassemble your furniture and place it back in its original protective packaging to ensure it remains safe during transit.
- 3.Schedule Collection
Our specialized white-glove delivery partners will contact you to coordinate a convenient time to pick up the item directly from your home.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
